TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please be aware that, by accessing the information contained on this website, you are, by implication, accepting the following terms and conditions established by Eventure Media Ltd (EML).

A. USER RESTRICTIONS

This website has three levels:

Free Access. On this level, users may access* the information contain therein without either payment or the need to register.

Registration. On this level, users must complete a simple registration form. Data so entered must be accurate and EML is entitled to rely upon the information provided. Any issued User Name / Password combination will be unique, and this code must not be shared with a third party. EML reserves the right to cancel website access for those users whose codes have been compromised.

Subscription. On this level, material is only available to subscribers of the various products, and an individual access code will be provided by EML’s Subscription Department. Even those subscribers who are part of a Site or Global licence (see below) will be issued with an individual, rather than corporate, User Name and Password. These details must not be shared with a third party, and EML reserves the right to block website access for those subscribers whose codes have been compromised.

On whichever level, users may not reproduce, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, adapt or store any material from the EML website without prior written permission from the company. Nor may any other website contain a link to such material without a written agreement to this effect.

As part of the access procedures to EML’s website, users must provide an e-mail address for occasional messages from the company (including Password confirmation). By providing such an address, users warrant that they are entitled to receive these messages.

* Access – the reading or downloading of material contained on this website, or the posting of new information thereon.

B. PRIVACY POLICY

EML is committed to safeguarding and respecting the privacy of its website users and the information gained during registration, and ongoing usage, will be used in accordance with the company’s Privacy Policy (see separate statement).

C. SUBSCRIPTION LICENCES

Three types of licence are available to EML publications (in terms of both printed and electronic products):

Individual Subscription. Access is restricted to the single person identified at the time of taking out the subscription. However, on application, this access can be transferred to another named person.

Site Licence. This grants the right of access to any member of staff* whose normal place of work is the single physical address identified at the time of taking out the subscription. The access itself may be from an address different from this address but only insofar as it is a temporary business location for the individual concerned (eg access from home or while travelling).

Global Licence. This grants the right of access to any member of staff* of the corporation taking out the subscription.
Disclosure of the unique Username / Password code combination to any other individual is expressly prohibited and will lead to action against the subscriber. This action may include, but is not limited to, a withdrawal of the services offered by EML without financial recompense. Further, EML reserves the right to change these codes at any time, subject to giving reasonable notice to the subscriber, and also to restrict access to the website if, in the company’s opinion, inappropriate use is being made of the access codes. For this reason, EML reserves the right to monitor usage, and must be immediately notified if a user has reason to believe that there has been a breach of security (by contacting [email protected] ).

* Staff – Full-time employee of wholly-owned organisation within the group that holds the corporate subscription.
